FIRST - TIMER

Alhamdulillah , Allah NEVER fails to give me chances and His love .

Alhamdulillah , Allah masih beri peluang untuk saya mencoret rasa hati di sini . mudah-mudahan ada manfaatnya :)

Pernah tak anda terfikir , kenapa benda yang sering anda buat , lama-kelamaan akan menjadi perkara yang membosankan ?

Jika anda seorang pelajar , pernah tak anda rasa ‘huhh . bosannya asyik mengadap buku je . penting sangat ke belajar sungguh-sungguh ?’

Dan perasan tak , selalunya kita akan rasa macam ini bila kita nak buat ‘good deeds’ . kan kan :)

Saya pernah ‘ter’fikir perkara-perkara di atas . hehe  ==”

Jadi , bagi saya lintasan-lintasan yang terbit ni akan menghalang saya untuk istiqamah membuat ‘good deeds’ tersebut .

Tapi apa pun , kita perlu atasi halangan ini . bagaimana ?

Yaa . bagaimana ek ?

Okay okay . sebelum tu .. tajuk post saya adalah ‘first-timer’ . dan itulah jawapan bagi persoalan kita .

Lakukan setiap perkara tu dengan perasaan bahawa itulah kali pertama anda membuatnya .

Untuk lebih jelas , mari telusuri senario berikut ;

‘alamak. . .sekarang dah nombor 5 . kejap lagi giliran aku kena ujian memandu . aku dah laa tak pernah bawa kereta seumur hidup . ada orang tengok pulak tu . ni yang berdebar ni . humm semalam aku tengok-tengok gak macam mana ayah bawa kereta . relaks je dia . aduhh . pastu iklan kata ‘pandu cermat , jiwa selamat . ingatlah orang-orang yang tersayang’ . buatnya aku tak selamat macam mana . hmm tawakkaltu’alallah je lahh. .’

Dan bermacam perasaan akan kita rasa . kita akan cari sebanyak-banyaknya ilmu baru , macam nak pastikan pemanduan kita nanti , adalah yang terbaik .

Begitu juga kalau menuntut ilmu . semester 1 yang lalu , pertama kali saya belajar subjek ekonomi . hanya Allah yang tahu betapa berdebar+terujanya saya setiap kali lecturer ajar bab baru . risau tak dapat konsep yang betul ^^,  dan saya cuba . eh bukan . saya usaha betul-betul untuk faham+hadam setiap point penting .

Konklusinya , buat setiap perkara dengan penuh ketelitian dan rasa teruja . 

Apalagi sewaktu kita beribadah kepada Allah . Contohnya solat . Mesti merasai bahawa kita bersama-sama dengan Allah . Rasa bahawa Allah mengawasi kita . Bahagianya dapat bersama dengan Allah yang amat Mengasihi kita .

Insya Allah :) Allah akan permudahkan setiap urusan kita .

my wish is . . .

Lets begin . in the name of Allah , the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful .

Hafiz received an automobile from his brother as a birthday present .

One day , when Hafiz came out of his office , he saw a young boy admiring his car .

“Is this your car , Mister ?” he asked .

Hafiz nodded . “My brother gave it to me for my birthday .”

The boy was astounded . “You mean your brother gave it to you and it didn’t cost you anything ? Boy , I wish that I could be a brother like that .”

Now , let’s examine the short story . . .

“...BE a brother like that .”

Usually , we would said . . . I wish I have a brother like that , wouldn’t we ?

Hey , don’t you think as what I am thinking right now ? Don’t you realise what is the boy trying to say ? Don’t you learned ?

I’ve learned that giving is much much more precious than receiving .

I’ve learned that we have to think about others especially our kin in this world .

I’ve learned that I’m not enough learnt about life yet . (berbelit pulak.ngee)

Whatever you learned , practised the knowledge . Use them in your life . Spread them .

Prophet sallallahu’alayhi wasallam had sworn with His name;

By Allah, if one of you were to go out in the morning ang gather firewood on his back, and sell it to make himself independent, and give some of it in charity, this is better for him than his coming to a man and asking for anything , whether he gives or refuses . The upper hand is better than the lower hand , and start those who are under your care .”

Yup . The hand that give is better than the hand that receive .

ehee. sy nk cerita tentang...

interview ! (26.04.2011) yup . tarikh ini dan hari itu menyaksikan sy di-interview oleh 'sir' dan 'madam' dri MARA ...

jum . bismillahirrahmaanirrahim ~

8.00 am (ketika bersarapan)

ayah : nanti pukul 1 ayah balik rumah. interview pukul 2 kan? siap-siap, bwk sume dokumen yg perlu .

me : ha'ah , pukul dua . tapi dia suruh datang setengah jam awal . tempatnya kat plaza larkin .

mak : dengar tu nerah . siap cepat-cepat . nanti kalau lambat , panik pulak . (tau2 je mak ni.hee)

pagi berlalu seperti hari-hari biasa . tapi, saya tak bekerja hari itu . maklumlah , nak pergi interview penting :D

terus sahaja saya menyemak kembali keperluan-keperluan interview . sijil? dah . borang? dah . gambar? dah . esei? alamak! belum .

written on the sheet; write an essay about yourself, education and carreer . at least 300 words .

mak aihh . kena tulis dalam bi pulak tu . allright ...i'll do it now .

*jam menunjukkan pukul 12.00 ketika itu xD . jangan contohi saya ok .

mak : nerah! (memanggil dari bawah) dah siap belum? kejap lagi ayah balik . ada apa-apa lagi tak siap ke ? makan dulu .

me : dah mak ! kejap-kejap . (dah tapi kejap ? hehe . jari masih menari-nari di atas keyboard . esei belum siap lagi !!)

dalam hati ~ come on , siapkan . buat elokelok . lepas ni jangan careless lagi .

1.00 pm : masih di rumah . esei belum print . peluh sejuk mula mengalir . critical !

ayah : nerah dah siap belum ? solat dulu , baru bertolak .

me : okay yah . insya allah dah siap . (alhamdulillah, esei selamat di-print.hope everything goes well)

debaran makin terasa

Allah,permudahkanlah~

1.40 pm : tiba di pejabat mara . register .

sis : adik punya interview pukul berapa ?

me : dua .

sis : okay , tulis nama kat sini .

ada apa apa jawatan ? pengerusi/n.pengerusi?

me : angguk .

sis : setiausaha ?

me : geleng .

sis : ajk ? sukan ... sekolah/daerah/negeri/kebangsaan?

me : angguk . (sebenarnya sy pelik sebab dia tak speaking pun.hehe)

sis : adik , nanti kat dalam kena cakap banyak-banyak tau . kalau kat luar pun adik dah macam ni , susahlaa dik . diorang nak tengok adik bercakap .

me : err . terima kasih kak . (seriously, im really thankful with her.she reminds me.thank you!)

2.00 pm : allow me to continue in english as 'our' interview were conducted in english .

we were called eight-by-eight a group . our interviewers consist of three , two sirs and a madam .

i was the first one who entered the room ! mood of excited started filling in me. hee. we sitted in front of them . . .

sir 1 : you may be seated . no need to follow your numbers . (im the fourth :)

so, how are feeling today ?

us : fine, thank you (still in whispers.nervous maybe...)

sir 1 : err, be yourself. just natural okay. (just smiled)

us : okayokay !

sir 1 : first of all, i'll introduce the three of us. . .today, we are going to have a group activity. i really hope you will enjoy it . now, i hand this session to madam. (sorry to say, i cant remember their names T_T)

madam : good afternoon everyone . listen to this instructions . you are given spaghettis, thread and a pair of scissors . all you need to do is make a bridge using these items . you have 30 minutes to do it . after that, we will test the bridge by put a can of 500g sardines for 1 minutes . (she's really kind.trust me.even i don't like inventing things,her soft voice calmed me)

us : whoaaa . only 30 minutes? with just thatss material? spaghetti?

madam : and, every discussions must be done in english. plus, cannot ask our help. with that, you may start .

us : okay !

the first session started well . we begin our discussions . how to make , what to dos , divide the works , how to ensure the strength of the bridge . . .

at the same time , they watched us . observe and jot down their points . *err . apa laa yang dia nampak kat saya ni kan?? rasa nak terbelit lidah kena speaking . x)

frankly , that time, im more to 'done-the-job' rather than 'voice-out-opinion' person . seriously , i really weak in this 'do-it-yourself' activity . i do hope that madam found good qualities in me . . .

smile :) we succeed the test . the 500g can look happy on the fresh-new bridge ! hoho . yess , the bridge did not collapse . allhamdulillah !

we returned to our seats .

sir 2 : now , i will ask each of you a question . you can only answer it in one minute . remember , one minute , not three minutes .

i cant remember all the questionnaires . but my question was . . ,

"for your opinion from the previous activity, who was the most effective leader?"

me : good afternoon . for me , the most effective leader was farzana . because she......(there goes my answer . hee . i think i've given the best answer . insya allah .)

3.00 pm : the interview ended . yayy ! we shaked hands . thanked the sirs and madam . *with hopeful faces . do choose us please!*

without realise , the interview had end . i cant describe my feeling . still cool ? idk . err . just hope that i get this scholarship . high hopes for sure !

*if you have time , spare some du'a for me . doakan kejayaan saya untuk mendapatkan tajaan mara ni . ini peluang sekali seumur hidup . please .
*sy boleh gerenti, kalau umur panjang, sy akan bawa balik kejayaan . bukan untuk diri sendiri sahaja . tapi untuk semua . terutama untuk Islam !
